Learn all about automated gardens in the third installment of our FAB Kids Art Tech Series. Together we will be constructing a small automated herb garden to be presented as a gift to the residents of Roderick Artspace Lofts. Find out about sensors, hydraulics, computer numeric controlled robots, and also about planting, temperature and humidity, and harvesting. Let’s blend technology with our human instinct for growing things. Recommended for ages 7 and older.

Dr. Gus Arriaga, neurobiologist, technologist, and automated gardening enthusiast will be leading this workshop.

RSVP is free of charge.
