Tech Frontier cordially invites you to the Tech Loteria Gala, a one-of-a-kind event bringing together El Paso’s community across different sectors of education, government, technology, and industry. Come spend a glamorous night filled with amazing food, exciting games, and meaningful connections at the award-winning venue.
Dress code minimum for ladies is cocktail attire but gala gowns and dresses are encouraged.
Dress code minimum for men is business casual, but jacket are encouraged. All colors are acceptable. Have fun with your look!
Win prizes when you play our custom tech-inspired Loteria game, a bespoke deck of 54 cards with artwork by local artist and educator, Michelle Delgado. Introducing our MC extraordinaire, Jessica Tarin.
Jessica Tarin is a creative strategist, content creator, social entrepreneur, and TEDx speaker with years of experience helping mission-driven organizations tell their stories, connect with audiences, and grow through thoughtful strategy, storytelling, and communications.
She currently serves in the Communications and Marketing Department at Aspen Institute, where she leads integrated communications, social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement efforts across major programs and initiatives. Her career spans nonprofits, startups, B Corp agencies, and global institutions, including work with United Nations Environment Programme, bringing expertise in branding, audience engagement, and impact-driven communications.
She is also the founder of Viajeras Fronterizas, a travel and community platform inspiring Latinas to explore the world with confidence and purpose. Through this initiative, she has built a vibrant community and generated more than one million impressions through meaningful storytelling and partnerships.
Born and raised on the U.S.-Mexico border between El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, she brings a bicultural and globally minded perspective shaped by living in four countries and traveling to more than twenty. Please welcome a dynamic voice for innovation, culture, and connection as the MC and official Tech Loteria card caller.

Recap of 2025 Fundraiser Gala
On April 26th, 2025 Tech Frontier and Fab Lab El Paso hosted its first-ever Lotería Gala, welcoming over 150 guests from businesses and organizations across the El Paso region.
Attendees came together to play our custom Tech Lotería game designed by talented local artist and designer Michelle Delgado.
Thanks to the incredible support of our guests, volunteers, and team, we proudly reached our fundraising goal to expand our Tech K-12 STEAM and digital skilling programs. These funds will help us open doors to future career opportunities and drive innovation across the Paso del Norte region.
